Anderson Engineering  were quick enough to realise the importance of training apprentices, and have had 3 full time apprentices qualify and stay with the company after they became time served.

Our skills in the machine shop are second to none providing a bright outlook for the future.

2004 saw the position of a full time design engineer being introduced. A position which is now invaluable to the future of Anderson engineering. Anderson Engineering are now able to design and prove new builds on their 3d modelling package prior to any prototype manufacture on the shop floor.
